Terms & Conditions
- Customers who reached the minimum qualifying purchase of P10,000 can register to the VIP Program and are eligible to join the raffle promo.
- Non- VIPs who reached the minimum purchase amount to Php 10,000 must register to the VIP program.
- This promo is exclusive to L’Occitane VIP members. VIP card must be presented upon purchase in-store or entered online on Rustans.com or Adora.ph. Promo not valid on Lazmall.
- Promo Period: November 12 to December 31, 2022
- Participating Locations: all 13 L’Occitane branches, Rustans.com, Adora.ph
- Winners will be drawn on January 14, 2023. A customer can only win one raffle prize.
- L’Occitane VIPs are allowed to enter the e-raffle multiple times during the promo period, provided that each receipt is at least PhP 10,000 worth of purchases.
- Promo is in conjunction with other promos (birth month, VIP anniversary, 20k Achievers Program)
- A customer is not allowed to split the receipt during a transaction to redeem multiple gifts or unique codes.
- Only entries submitted until December 31, 2022, 11:59PM will be accepted.
- Winners can claim their prizes by going to the specified pick-up of store location (Makati, Shangri-la, Gateway, Alabang, Cebu, Abreeza, Trinoma, MOA, Rockwell, Greenbelt, Central Square, Newport, RPM) within the redemption period and show their valid ID and (if applicable) proof of message from the official L’Occitane regarding the details of their prize.

The same, as needed, may be shared to and processed by L’Occitane (Principal), Rustan’s Group of Companies, and other service providers, acting on Rustan’s behalf, in relation to the foregoing purposes.
